The YCCC Culinary Dept will be there serving New Orleans themed dishes of gumbo, red beans and rice, and bourbon pecan tartlets.
The Bistro at R&R Chocolate is also attending which is run by two of our culinary and pastry graduates. And Chef Kristen Perry from 1690 House, who’s also one of YCCC’s pastry adjunct instructors, will also have a table there.
